Design & Artwork Policy

Submitting your own design?
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you are the original creator or have full legal rights to use the design. Zenx Creations will not print any artwork that is copyrighted, trademarked, or owned by a third party without written proof of permission. This includes logos, brand graphics, licensed characters, and images sourced from the internet. Submitting a design you do not own is a breach of copyright law — you accept full responsibility for any claims arising from artwork you supply.

Want us to create a design for you?
We offer a custom design service! Simply describe what you'd like and we'll put something together for you. Our design service includes 2 rounds of revisions before we go to print. Once you have approved the final design, no further changes can be made and printing will proceed. Additional revision rounds beyond the included 2 may incur an extra fee.

Important notes:

• We reserve the right to refuse any order where the artwork is suspected to infringe copyright or is deemed offensive or inappropriate
• No refunds will be issued for orders where incorrect or unapproved artwork was submitted by the customer
• Artwork must be supplied in high resolution (300dpi or higher recommended) for best print quality
• We will contact you if there are any concerns with your artwork before proceeding

Shipping & Pickup

• Local Pickup — Melton, VIC: Free pickup available from Melton. We will contact you once your order is ready to arrange a convenient pickup time.
• Australia Wide Shipping: We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days after artwork approval. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup or has been dispatched.
