  • Accuracy: Please provide accurate contact and shipping info. If we can't find you, we can't ship to you!

  • Accuracy: We try our best to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary. What you see might be slightly different from the physical item.

  • Pricing: Prices can change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there was a major error in the listing (e.g., a $100 item listed for $1).

4. Custom & Personalised Orders

ZenXCreations specialises in personalised and custom-made products. By placing a personalised order, you agree that:

  • Review: You have checked spelling, dates, and design details carefully before submitting.

  • Liability: We are not responsible for customer-approved errors.

  • Returns: Personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Timeline: Production timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

  • Content: We reserve the right to refuse content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our Stuff: All designs, logos, and photos on this site belong to ZenXCreations. Please do not use them for your own commercial gain without asking.

  • Your Designs: If you provide a design for us to create, you are confirming that you own the rights to it. We are not responsible for copyright issues on your end.

6. Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping: Once we hand your order to the carrier (AusPost), the timing is in their hands. We will provide tracking so you can monitor its journey.

7. Limitation of Liability

We create with love, but we aren't liable for any indirect damages that happen from using our site or products. Our total liability to you is limited strictly to the amount you paid for your order.
