Local Pickup — Melton, VIC

Free local pickup is available from Melton, VIC 3337. Once your order is ready (typically 1–5 business days for personalised items), we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Australia-Wide Shipping

We ship all orders Australia-wide via Australia Post with full tracking included. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • VIC Metro: 1–3 business days
  • Interstate Metro: 3–5 business days
  • Regional/Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note these are Australia Post estimates and may vary during peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and Easter.

Processing Times

All ZenX Creations products are personalised and hand-finished to order. Standard orders are typically ready for pickup or dispatch within 1–3 business days, depending on current capacity and demand. Bulk orders (10+ items) may require additional production time — please contact us before placing a bulk order so we can confirm a realistic timeframe for you.

If you need your order urgently, get in touch before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Damaged or Lost Orders

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • A clear video of the unboxing showing the parcel and item as received — this is required to lodge a claim with Australia Post and to process your replacement
  • Clear photos of the damage to both the product and packaging
  • Your order number

Without an unboxing video we may be unable to process a replacement or refund, as this is required for carrier and production verification. We strongly recommend filming your unboxing for every delivery as a precaution.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your Australia Post tracking number first. If your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days, contact us and we will follow up with Australia Post on your behalf.

Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us, as delays can occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and Easter.
