At ZenXCreations, we take pride in the quality of our handmade and personalized products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Return Policy

  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Important Requirement – Video Proof

  • To process a return or report a damaged product, you must provide a clear video of the package being opened upon delivery.
  • The video must show:
    • The unopened package with the shipping label visible.
    • The full unboxing process, clearly showing any damage or defects.
    • No interruptions or edits in the recording.

This helps us assess the issue fairly and process refunds or replacements efficiently.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your return is approved, you may choose between:
    • A replacement item (if available).
    • A refund issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or engraved items (unless defective).
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.
  • Sale or clearance items.

How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Email us at zenxdesigns17@gmail.com with your order number and unboxing video.
  2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide return instructions if eligible.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty).
